My Vibratone won’t turn on. What should I do?
In most cases, the power connection just needs to be pushed in fully. Make sure the cord is completely plugged into the unit and seated firmly in the outlet for consistent power.
Who should NOT use this vibration plate?
Do not use this product without your doctor’s approval if you are pregnant, receiving medical treatment, or have medical conditions. This includes people with pacemakers or other implanted medical devices. If unsure consult your physician before use.
How do I adjust the intensity and settings?
You can adjust settings using the remote control for easy use or the unit’s buttons and display. Select multiple speed levels and preset programs to suit your comfort, from gentle vibration to stronger sessions. We recommend starting at Level 1.
Where are the resistance bands located?
Resistance bands are included. When unboxing, you’ll find them directly under the Vibratone unit. To use them, clip them into the designated bracket arms on each side of the board.
Is this vibration board good for beginners?
Yes. It’s beginner-friendly and we recommend starting at Level 1, then increased over time as you build comfort and confidence. We recommend limiting sessions to about 10–15 minutes per day to get the benefits without overdoing it.
